This 1963 Fender Jaguar is a great example of a player’s grade vintage guitar.
The neck stamp dates to August 1963. The parchment pickguard is original as they did not introduce the tortoise shell guard until 1964.
There are a few changes that have been made over the years. There is a new tremolo bar, a new nut, one tuning peg has been replaced, and an aftermarket bridge. The electronics and remaining hardware are original.
Truly a historic piece.
